GW Properties, the owner of the property at 3550 N. Spaulding, have entered into a development agreement with Goodwill for a new store and donation center. The vacant industrial building at the southwest corner of Addison and Spaulding, formerly occupied by Progressive Bronze Products, will be demolished and replaced with a new 18,00 square foot 1-story single tenant commercial building with a parking lot with 24 spaces. GW Properties and Goodwill will be seeking a special use permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals in order to obtain a retail license within Planned Manufacturing District PMD 14.
